My company just started using this app..Im happy, so thank you for creating it..My only suggestion would be an option for alert/notifications with a tone that isn’t associated with my other Iphone alert tones, I hear the same tones all day for FB, Twitter, game apps & tend to just ignore them, I missed a few referrals:( Would be nice to have a alert tone we can assign...Thats it for now, so far so good!! Thanks

I don’t have to reply to different people at the office via phone/text/email asking if I can take a patient. I just get a notification and check the app, I can see all the important details that tell me whether or not I want to accept a patient (it’s still HIPAA compliant) and just press a button for Yes or for No. Honestly don’t know how more agencies aren’t using this. It seems like our patients are getting seen way faster by the closest clinician. Everyone is using less time to staff patients and more time to treat/chart. Very impressed.

I’m an occupational therapist and the company I work for uses this app and I’m really loving it. It’s super easy to accept or deny patients based on my schedule. It beats receiving daily emails asking to accept a patient and I love that I can mark myself as “booked” to avoid excess notifications. Overall, I would recommend this app!
