I own a Dual radio. My phone shows it is connected via Bluetooth, but the radio doesn’t acknowledge it and I can’t play music. I downloaded this app hoping it’d help. All I get is a red blank screen with a home button that does nothing. What a total garbage company at every level.

The 1 star comments are from people that do not have a Dual compatible radio and can’t read well.
If you don’t have a Dual compatible radio for the app than don’t download it because it won’t work

This app probably has good intentions but unfortunately does not work. I installed it and all it does is stay on “home” page can’t find the stereo
About Dual iPlug S
Dual iPlug S is an app designed to control certain Dual brand radios.
It can select from 4 different sources; Radio mode, USB mode, Bluetooth music mode and AUX mode via Bluetooth control.
- Radio mode on the APP allows you to scan and store radio stations or select your favorite radio station via the radio presets.
- USB mode can playback music stored on a USB flash drive and display ID3 information if available.
- AUX mode will play audio from an external device via 3.5mm headphone jack.
- BT music mode will stream music from the connected device and display ID3 information if available, it will also have basic controls such as play/pause/previous/next.
The app also features audio control such as treble/bass/volume level control of the connected radio.
