Level makes using my benefits so easy. The support team always gets back to me very quickly when I have any questions or issues. I wish every company had Level for benefits.

1. You have to upload receipts for almost everything. 2. They want you to LINK YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT to their benefits card so that you can pay them back when they screw up your balances or benefits, which is often. Go look at the guy’s review where he was billed like $700 several months after the fact (and their response was basically, track it yourself). It is so much easier to just submit an expense report. **Updated to address to the developer’s comment: first, thank you for your response. The thing is, I should not have to be making a payment to your company after I am able to charge an expense and then you decided to walk it back. If you are offering to manage my benefits and stipends, then you should actually have a product that is capable of doing that. Approved expenses should go through and unapproved ones should be denied—that’s it. **Updated again to address the developer’s second comment: when the “coming improvements” happen and the card works, I will update my review. Do you have a date by when I can expect this?

They just asked me to pay ~$500 in transactions that apparently took 7 months to process and deduct from the fund. Would recommend writing down all of your expenses when using this and not trusting the app to mark them correctly, as they very rarely categorize correctly, transactions are very rarely in the correct order, and it can take over half a year for them to deduct a transaction, which can result in needing to pay them back for funds you would have seen as being available within their app.
