Annoying, Needs help

Ive been looking forward to using this app for our business social media posts. Unfortunately, every time I save a new image to my phone (after editing it) the app does not recognize that it’s there. It takes quite a while before the image to appear visible for me to import. I’ve tried restarting the app and restarting my phone to expedite the process, but that does not work. My only option is to wait it out, until the app catches up and allows me to import my new photo. Frustrating and ultimately I end up not using the app because I can’t just wait around until it’s ready. Still have yet to make this work. Hoping the creators will find a solution ASAP before I delete the app altogether. I also don’t appreciate the constant bombarding of payment, each time I open the app I have to go through a series of “no thanks” or “ask me later” to avoid paying for the app. I haven’t even had a chance to use it, not even sure I like it! But these annoyances negatively effect my experience. Make it known that a pro version is available, but stop trying to force people into paying, let them enjoy what’s available for free and offer incentives for them to financially commit.

So, I saw this app after looking at an ad in my Insta-stories, and I really bought into the idea of the design capabilities and what could be possibly done with an app that could do this. Seemed fun.
I downloaded the app and upload my own images only to find that literally every single thing that you need to do in the app requires an in app purchase, which is totally fine if that is how they need to make a profit in order to support the development, but almost literally every single function costs money or your image is hugely watermarked with the Snell logo.
Instead of downloading a free app and then not being able to use any of the functions until you pay, it would make more sense for you to just price the app at a certain rate that would make a one time purchase enable all functions.
I’m correct about this.
I don’t believe that the app is a bad idea at all, I do believe that if you don’t want to use Photoshop or if you don’t want to use after effects or Premiere Pro or any of the other Mac apps to do what this app can accomplish, then this app is definitely for you. However, it is far too expensive for what it is.
They may even make more money making the entire thing free and charging for ads or maybe selling the app to another company.
But nobody is paying this type of money in this economy for these things.

Nothing works in this app. Go to import a photo and no response. 3D Touch to an empty panel and no changes. Inspiration tab doesn’t work. Can’t even get past taking a photo. Deleted and reinstalled, no luck. That and when I chose no subscription it signed me up for the $10 introductory weekly subscription price when is TWICE the rate for a weekly subscription it shows as you are brought to the purchase page. Don’t know who’s making these decisions but you will not be sustainable this was. Your app is broken and are charging way too much for the app even if it worked.
Shady on your all’s part to try and swindle people out of their money with junk pricing and suspicious behaviors when first opening the app. I really don’t like be blunt and negative but there are glaringly obvious problems here that need to be addressed. I hope the best for you all and believe that if you were dedicated enough to make this app you are dedicated enough to listen to reviews and make improvements. Best of luck.
