I am so impressed with Invoy and their system. For once, I am actually losing weight! My personal coach is wonderful and our communication is so easy, the app is super user friendly. I use Invoy first thing in the morning so an easy, robust app is necessary for me when I am just waking up. I have tried so many programs and finally, I have found the one that works for me. It is truly improving my life. I am feeling good! Thank you Invoy.

You “baseline” for the first 14 days with a goal to get to a score of 4.0, but there is practically no information available to you about the score. I took two tests one day within 5 mins of each other, my score varied by more than 1.0. I am supposed to eat restricted carbs/green foods, but there is no place to log foods. The suggested food options within the app are very limited. The final straw though was the device itself, it only worked the first time once requiring me to use multiple pods each day. Today I gave up after 4 attempts…I don’t even really understand what is being “baselined” and I read all the material available.

Love this program! I feel great on it and the customizations are awesome - they were able to adapt it for me to accommodate training for a half marathon. I love the accountability and MOST of all, the support from the program analysts. I’m able to get help with food plans and get all my questions answered through text chat from a highly qualified team. I have learned so much and seen results!
