I just updated the app for 2018 and I absolutely LOVE IT! I CAN NOT wait to share this with my kids later on! We look forward to Santa feeding the reindeers every year and we haven’t had a chance to watch yet! With the app on my phone it makes it so much more convenient!! You guys at the North Pole really are doing an amazing thing with this app and it really has come a long way since we first started watching several years ago!! You really do help with the holiday spirit!! Thank you for all that you do!! ❤️💚🎄🌲🎅🏼🤶🏼🌲🎄❤️💚

I have to update. I feel there's too much extra stuff this year. I'm sure intensions were to improve the content and experiences for everyone, but my kids don't understand why kids are able to go to the North Pole and they're not. I made up some stuff about it being a satellite location kids can visit. Now, I dodge them asking nightly to turn on reindeer cam. We miss the nightly storytime with Santa, an elf, the black lab and occasionally a reindeer. I do love that you do this for children everywhere, it just doesn't work for my family. Original review:. We love tuning in for story time and to see what the reindeer are up to. Thank you so much for doing this!

I first inquired about it while searching for Xmas apps for my daughter and I downloaded the 2018 version not realizing I purchased an app that wasn’t in use atm. I emailed the company and even thought they didn’t get back to me right away they did get back to me and have been more then generous and very helpful. Thank you Elf Marie and this app is going to be a hit with my daughter once I download it. You won’t be disappointed and show your support oxox
