The overall design is decent and works on all 3 of our Samsung TV’s. It appears to maintain a consistent connection to a TV until I connect to a different one or for some reason restart my phone - at which point it requires reauthorization. I was also disappointed that the keyboard function doesn’t work. The other problem is that you cannot use the power on button but power off works fine - so you will always need a standard remote to power on and authorize you connection. Otherwise it functions very well.

App works okay. One of a few apps that have on phone screen help on how to authorize your phone to your tv. Many of the 6 other apps I’ve tried doesn’t have that, which is why I went with this one. My main problem is because I’m a person with disability, I am unable to use my hands or fingers. Therefore I navigate my phone utilizing a stylus attached to a mouthpiece, which is how I am typing this review. The problem with this app with the navigational direction control arrows. The Left and Right buttons works fine. But both the UP and DOWN arrow buttons are a problem. I’ve messaged developers and requested a fix, but I am still waiting for their reply.

I cannot figure out how to get the keyboard function to work, and this was the main reason I wanted the app. Signing in trying to click each alphabet letter the remote is tedious, so I was hoping to use the keyboard function. The other issue I have is that it loses connectivity every time, and I have to re-pair the the app to the tv, which requires the remote. So if I lose the remote, I’m out of luck. The other features work fine, so not sure why I’m having trouble. The reviews for this app are great in general, could just be me. Tv is brand new smart tv, 50”.
