I would give this app negative stars if I could. The EFloos international remittance service is garbage. I used the service once to send money via Cebuana, and once as a direct deposit. Both times I had problems. The customer support number on the app takes you to the general Omantel phone service line with no option for EFloos support. It is a dead end. When I sent money to Cebuana there was an issue because EFloos actually doesn’t send money through the traditional channel. The transaction ID isn’t the same length as normal Cebuana transactions, so the teller sent our beneficiary away. I found out by searching that actually, you have to tell the beneficiary to say that it is through this other process. That was never mentioned in the app when I was sending the money. It caused a lot of frustration and wasted time on my end as well as for the person we sent the money to. Next, we did direct deposit, except it never reached the beneficiary. Then the EFloos remittance transactions screen crashed, and now when I look to go double check the data, the app crashes. Again, no customer support. I called the support number, it is just for paying Omantel bills. I called a Bank Sohar number, no answer. Not even a robot menu. It has been over two weeks and the beneficiary hasn’t gotten the money. Again, I would give this app negative stars if I could.

Cannot even register on ios inspite of having Bank Sohar and Omantel accounts. Same error message everytime, after all permutations and combinations, on attempt to register: PIN entered is wrong. 😡😡
