I’m able to log in but not able to create a ingate. It pops up but it automatically scrolls all the way down and when i try to scroll up it just disappears. I was able to use this app when it first came out now it’s completely bugged and resulted in waiting in them massive lines…. How is anyone currently using this app with that bug!!

I've tried resetting the password and still can't get in. They recognized my email and send me reset links, but app still won't work. 👉👉👉💪OK I FOUND THE ANSWER: when the app asks you to “allow notices” you have to hit allow.

Gave one star because I was having the same problem as everyone
Read to turn on notifications and it worked right away
Will update rating when I use it in the future
