This app is completely worthless is doesn’t work at all you have to fight to log in and when you do it’s always a technical issue error never can actually access my account and trying to register my phone is another broken aspect of this app again always an error why not take this mess down and fix it before offering to let people get it the quality of this app and inability to work speaks volumes for the service expected from this company

The app has improved a lot over the years and I find that I’m using it a lot more when we’re at the dentist or reviewing claims. It would be nice not to have to use dual authentication to log in, but I guess it’s important since there’s protected data in the app.

The find a dentist feature almost never works properly. You just click and it does nothing. Last update was 7 months ago at the time of this review, so that’s pretty insane. No find a dentist option that I can find on their website, so I just have to check multiple times a day for several days to see if the feature is going to work.
