I liked the graphics of the game and it’s very addicting. But it often crashes and closes the app completely. I’ve tried to close all background apps it made it better. And I couldn’t find out which app is interfering with which, seems it crashes without warning. Other times it just won’t let me log in completely especially when the server is very busy. Another thing I didn’t like is the way they advertise for people to spent money. I’m fine with game developer uses actual cash for better resources, but they will say buy item A which includes item b, c, and d. But once you open it you realize for you to open item b, you need to spent another 10 bucks? That’s so deceiving

I have written the customer service so many email include the picture in the past 2 days hopefully get some response - but none. And when I delete the game and try to log in again- it doesn’t even get to the point of log in but crush or stay in the same page for hours. Sadly for all the money and time I invested in this game
