My app was working perfectly fine and now I can’t even open the app since I don’t have Facebook. My appts do not show and I don’t even know if my prebooked and confirmed service vanity and masterclass appts will show up when I get to the event. I am livid. Have been having so many issues with Sephoria and Sephoria app.

When I go click on reservations, literally nothing comes up. How am I supposed to book a master class through the app if it’s not even an option for me? You can’t tell people to go to the app to book classes when it’s not even available on the app.

I’m having so much trouble with this. It’s the only place we can reserve our seat and it’s not working. It’s just keeps loading! I removed the app and reloaded it and when I go to the reservation page, it says my wristband is already registered and that’s it. I have no more options!
