I am a 5’11’ female that weighs 155lbs and it told me I was overweight in the body fat calculator and that I need to lose 20+ lbs because there is nowhere to include your height in the measurement. In the ideal weight calculator it says the ideal weight for my height is 154.6 lbs. it’s useless because I can’t tell what calculations are right or wrong.
