Ollo has helped tremendously with building my credit. I got a pre approval in the mail and decided to take a chance. They offered a decent starting limit amount, no annual fees and a solid app to monitor my account. After three months of on time payment I saw +40 point increase. Close to around a year I got $750 limit increase, which caused a +15 point increase because my utilization was lowered. Going on 1.5years I got a sizable limit increase followed by a low balance transfer APR offer. I stay current on all my credit accounts but this just allowed me to roll everything into OLLO and pay it off faster with lower interest. If Ollo keeps this kind of service up and doesn’t get greedy like the big companies y’all will definitely have me a long time customer for sure.

Finally I always looked for a app. I could never find it. Was getting annoyed I couldn’t do anything on my phone but open the browser to make a payment or check my account. Now well I use Face ID and am in my account make payment t even set up the basic. The best part is it’s fast not some slow bad made app. So thanks for making our accounts more convenient and easier to use. Can’t wait to build my credit with you guys.

My credentials work fine on the website but when I use them on the mobile app I get a "user invalid" error. Over and over again since I first installed the app weeks ago. I called customer service. They don't see any issues on their end. I see other reviews describing the same problem. And it's been 10 months since any type of update was made. Let's get this fixed!!! Going on 3 weeks. Nothing has changed. Obviously, Ollo has no interest in providing customer service. I have spoken to several reps and get same responses with no solutions. I will be posting my reviews on all my social media platforms and sharing with as many as possible.
