My question is if I unlock one of the designs for $1.99 can I use that design over and over again or is it just a one time purchase type of thing ?

It is not what it seems. The underwhelming few images that you are actually purchasing are images you probably have already, free of charge.I’ve been building websites & creating my own graphics & images for over 25 years so I should have known better. I was looking for images that, quite frankly, would shorten the time involved producing a product, but once again, if it’s too good to be true, it is. Save your $.99, there are many sites & Facebook groups to get free SVGs so don’t waste your money or your time.
