I love SWG!!! I went on a binge buying for my home trying to redecorate a little or quite a bit in the summer & then I had to stop right after the fall products started coming out. Husband about killed me! Lol However, I turned here for Christmas gifts & a few things for myself. I failed to personalize my tray for my mother & was panicking & sent an email. OF COURSE, SWG HAS taken care of it & now I can rest easy knowing I’ll have a beautiful piece to give for a gift!!! DID I SAY I LOVE SWG?

I bought 2 items on September 16 and after about 5 weeks it still said “in process”. So I called and could never get anyone to answer the phone or return my phone call. I left a message and no one called me back. So a emailed to see what was going on with my purchases. The emailed back and said “we are having phone trouble. We are trying to get all our older invoices sent out now.” So after another couple of weeks with my items still not fulfilled I tried calling again and still could not get anyone on the phone or a return call. I emailed them and told them I was frustrated because the customer service was so awful and I just wanted the items that I bought 2 MONTHS ago or a refund if the did not have the items. Instead of calling me back to explain what happened they just refunded my purchases with no other explanation! What’s most frustrating about it is that they still have the items I purchased for sale on the app! Ridiculous! Don’t buy anything from them unless you can wait 3-6 months for it (if they ever actually send you the things you bought). I did buy one other thing from the app that took 6 weeks to get and when it arrived it still had the “made in China” sticker on it. Don’t buy anything from them!

I found this store this summer and since then I think I have told everyone I have came in to contact with about the Southern with grace family! Now it’s hanging in my home, my moms home, my sisters home and my daughters new home. I just love this family owned business. They are truly a perfect example of a small town county life that has changed so many lives. Thank you so much!!!!
