When freshly downloaded, it works and has a lot of valuable license info like expiration dates and numbers all in one place. However, it stops working maybe a few days or weeks later. I have to delete it, redownload it and re-register. If it just continued to work, it would be great.

While you are logged into the app it is great! The only problem is that there is an option to logout with no option to log back in. Instead the app tells you to register again. Problem is that you can only register once per email. Therefore, if you logout you need to use a different email to re-register. From there you can get back into the system. This is a problem. They need to make it that either logging out wipes the system so you can re-register with the same email or there needs to be a login option. You shouldn’t have to create a new email every time you want to use the app if you logged out.

The app work for a short time and then out of nowhere it stop working. It no longer connects and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and it still does not connect. Sadly I can no longer use the app and it hasn’t had an update in over a year at this point, so it’s obvious they don’t care if the app works or not as phones and systems update over time and it’s apparent that NIPR doesn’t care to update an app that makes it easier for those that need it to work.
