App Profile: PharmZap

PharmZap provides a super fast method of communication for both pharmacies and their patients. This app gives users the opportunity to communicate with local pharmacies to help solve everyday queries. Users can search for pharmacies and directly message them regarding products, services or their prescriptions.

PharmZap also has unique “ZAP!” feature (the thunderbolt icon) that allows users to send a message to multiple pharmacies at once regarding any question that they may have! If you’ve ran out of a particular medicine the “ZAP” feature can be used to message pharmacies near your location to enquire if the item is available.

- Do you have this medicine in stock?
- Can I buy the following over the counter?
- Are you providing Flu Jabs?
- What time are you open until?

We know that people are busy. Often due to the high volume of phone calls it can be difficult to get through to your local pharmacy. With PharmZap you will no longer be left “on-hold” you can send a message to any pharmacy that is present on the application whilst you carry on with your day! The pharmacy will reply back to you as soon as they can.

Users can create profiles and add their most used pharmacies to their ‘favourites’ for easy access.
