The unique combat/scenarios are great! It brings a lot more thought and strategy to the raid/galaxy type gameplay. The character design is awesome and makes me think of anime crossed with Blizzard. You’re able to hand pick a few of your favorite characters early on and if you read the in-game reviews and pick wisely you’ll be set up for strategic success.
The UI and presentation can be a little rough around the edges but end up getting the job done. The story seems like it’s cool but the poor translation ruins most of the enjoyment, which is a shame because it seems like it could be great.
The biggest problem by far is the overpriced cash shop. They seem to think that anyone who is willing to support a game like this will do so with hundreds of dollars at a time. The smaller purchases don’t seem worth it at all, so it’s hard to justify supporting the game at all which is a real shame. More meaningful, smaller purchases with the option to spend more without it being the only worthwhile option is the way to get regular support from your players.

The game has solid mechanics, that’s always a great start. But advice for the devs moving forward is to not make it so hard to obtain heroes and their skills.
You give us a select summon but you forced me into it at a point in the game when I didn’t know which characters I had or which ones I could get. I ended up with my single “SSR” skill card being for a character I don’t have and that costs 7k gems, so that was pretty much useless. Hopefully you guys didn’t make it too hard to reroll.

I’m a veteran player when it comes to mobile games. Played Epic Seven for 2 years with an additional 1 year of time put into games like 7DS, Dragon Quest, Gundam Gunpla, Swordfight Mastery, Guardian Tales and the newest edition Illusion Connect. Of every single game mentioned and 100s of other games I’ve played. I’ve never seen a cash shop more disgusting than that of hero war. Now this game is worth f2p because most people won’t pay the absurd, disgusting prices in the cash shop. Even the point shop reward is abysmal you have to spend a ludicrous amount every season, it’s no wonder the player base is so low. Black Friday was the best sale this game had. That’s the basic level of price per reward as in every other game. But a game as money hungry as this one for trash rewards might as well be the EA or Nexon of the video game world. Think Sims and Maplestory. Hope to see this change and better incentive to spend money, because the marketing team does not understand it’s audience.
