The app doesn’t have any sound for notifications only temporary banner. When responding to an offer, the offers do not show in the app. Swipe the banner to open the offer in the app and nothing is there. Can’t respond to offers nor manage any work that you you may already have. I was hoping the app would be an improvement over the website but it’s worse.

Great company to work with, but the app is faulty. The app closes anytime you try to submit a closing status, which is extremely frustrating. Also, the fingerprint to unlock should be allowed for the app, it can be an annoyance to have to type in user ID and password every single time I open the app. Not as big of an issue but still inconvenient nonetheless, the orders do not show immediately when you click on that tab. User interface needs to be improved

Love working with the company once you get a signing . Very thorough and nice customer service once you can get someone on the phone. The website and the app have huge issues that don’t seem to be getting any better. I have faith they will figure out the issues with the delayed notifications but it needs to be before they loose notaries that want to continue to partner with them to deliver the best service.
