This program is supposed to be able to do a lot but it doesn’t do any of it well. If you customize anything the company will blame any problems you have with it on those customizations. Even if you just run it the way they built it it’s still regularly crashes doesn’t sync correctly and requires reinstallation. This program seems like it’s straight out of the late 90s or at best early 2000’s. Sadly by the time you realize how crappy it is you’re so vested that you don’t have much choice but to continue.

Just crashed again. Reinstalling AGAIN. for how much this program costs this is insane.

They don’t care about mobile users
Constant crashes. Lose paragraphs of typing.
App constantly will crash then fail to reopen. Restart phone clear You have to delete the app the. Redownload and log back in.
I was told to delete app and factory reset phone. This still didn’t solve the problem. I complained and they said delete app and factory reset the phone.
When you complete appointment and add new appointment the original appointment won’t close until you restart your phone.
Has attachment section you can’t attach anything to from a phone. Has MULTIPLE things they tell you to log into a computer to do can’t be done from a phone. Weird I thought that apps are designed for phone use ...
My company is slowing phasing this out in favor of a better app. I would recommend to any company considering this to test the app from the end user perspective then find a different company

This app periodically enters a crash loop. When this happens,I have to delete the app, download it again and enter in my credentials all over again. I also email error reports to the developer, but I never hear anything back.

Required Task Responses – Task responses can be set as required in Signature and then enforced by MobileTech during the appointment completion process
Show inventory Quantity Available on the Site Inventory lookup
Require equipment to be assigned during the appointment completion process. AssignedEquipmentValidationLevel: OPTIONAL|WARNING|REQUIRED
Added event-based sync to Field Payment form
Ability to create additional Job Appointments during the appointment completion process
Ability to create additional Service Appointments during the appointment completion process
Include Refrigerant tracking information on the Call Summary report

Changing of Activity ID creates duplicate appointments and can cause a “TECHNICIAN xxxxx is not currently assigned to appointment” error.
Unable to hide the Unknown Vendor when UnknownVendorId = blank
Appointment notes not refreshing for appointments, service calls, customer, location when accessed via the calendar.
Barcode scanning on assigned/unassigned equipment
