I am a social media influencer and I’ve currently been renting from this company. I’ve had my vehicle for over 60 days and i currently rent for $70/ day. Always make my payments. They had an issue with they’re app and no one was able to make they’re payments for about a week on they’re end. After 4 days late they automatically turn of the car if it’s electric just being 3 days late!! They seemed to turn it off sooner and with no customer service hasn’t been turned on. Employees are super rude. I pay way to much daily for the treatment of this company.

I’ve been a very active Uber/Lyft driver for years. My only regret is I never found this fantastic service and company before now. I’ve been renting a GREAT car for a GREAT price for over two months and could not be happier. They even pay for my oil changes!!! Awesome. The customer service guy in the Sunset office (dude with southern accent) is the nicest and most responsive person I have ever dealt with in any type of business. I also gotta say the app is really nice and user friendly as well. I’ll be a customer for ever!!

Asked as soon as I dropped the car back (in perfect condition) when I’d get my $200 deposit back. I was told a maximum of 1 month. It’s been almost 5 months. Customer service does not answer my phone calls and never calls back despite me leaving my phone number, manager in San Diego does not answer my texts. I’ve sent emails that have never been responded to. Straight up robbery.
