(Sorry for the long read, but worth reading as I’m sure I’m not the only one who experienced this!) When I first started using Big Token, I LOVED it. I was accumulating money SO quickly. And even though you can only cash out 25% of your total amount right now (which makes no sense to me) it was still adding up! After my 30 days was up and l was able to cash out, I decided to only do $10 just in case it was some sort of “scam” or something. It had said to allow at least two weeks for the payment to get to my PayPal. After a month went by, I sent a few emails with no response so I was about to give up. But then finally today, 2 months later, I finally received the $10 to my PayPal! So it’s definitely legit! So the 2 reasons of only giving 4 stars is 1) I don’t understand why I can only cash out 25% at a time & 2) because of how it took 2 months to get. Other than that, I definitely recommend it! And if those things were to be fixed one day, I will absolutely give them that 5th star! 🤗

This app has several different ways to earn within it, including mini surveys, full surveys, special offers, bonuses and more. I don’t believe I actually get paid for some of the surveys I complete, and they used to have a check-in feature (check-in at various business locations) which was super helpful for earning more points, but that is gone. They have a daily bonus in the app - complete any action then claim your daily bonus which goes up each day for 7 days in a row and resets after 7th day or a missed day - this is helpful for earning. The mini surveys are very quick - typically 1-5 questions. They offer PayPal as a reward but you can’t cash out till you have at least equivalent to $15 dollars. With them not having mini surveys available always, and those being with a little amount of points, it can sometimes take awhile to get to $15 but all mini surveys are quick so it’s worth it. I can’t figure out for sure if I’m getting paid for full surveys but I rarely do those through this app. A huge downfall is they don’t typically reply to help requests, or if they do it takes weeks or longer. They’ve changed the reward redemption rules several times, and I still never received my very first redemption, which was in the $20 or $40 range, but have received all since. Overall it’s worth it for the little amount of time the mini surveys take to complete.

I’ve had BIGToken for over a month now, and before I hit that 30 day mark (you can’t withdraw until you’ve been a member for at least 30 days and have at LEAST $21) I was getting tasks/questions by the boat load everyday which made the $ rack up pretty quickly. But once I hit that 30 day mark and got closer to my $21 withdraw I stopped getting a lot of questions. I get maybe one a day now, which is a little disappointing since I’m close to my withdrawal mark. Now it seems it could take me an additional week or so to reach the minimum to withdrawal. Also, what they don’t tell you until it’s time to withdrawal, is that you can only cash out 1/4 of that earning amount. So I will get only $5.25 (but only $5 because of the paypal fee, of course) of my earnings after a month of working at it PLUS you can only cash out ONCE every month which is also a major disappointment. Also, I have to wait up to 5 days to even see that money in my paypal. BUT, it’s still really simple, very easy questions to answer and pretty passive... Not a big earner, but it’s still a free $5 or so and I know they’re still working on the app so maybe one day this review will change as time goes in. I’ll definitely stick around to see where this thing goes!
