Jamf Nation is an invaluable resource for Jamf admins. Now with Jamf One I can easily access the information from my phone. I can open a support ticket with Jamf, or post a question on Jamf Nation and get notifications when I get replies to my questions. The app is laid out well and easy to use.

The app is definitely handy for the admin that does more than just manage Macs. Far too often, admins are pulled in every direction; when the rare moment comes that aren’t putting out a fire, you can sit and research a problem. Having the app with you all the time on your phone is handy for that research. What I haven’t figured out is why don’t the notifications on my phone go away after I’ve reviewed the items in the Activity screen? Every time I look at the app I see the little number in the corner. Why doesn’t that go away?

Jamfnation is one of the greatest tools a macOS/iOS admin can have in their arsenal. The wealth of information and camaraderie amongst all of the admins honestly looking to help each other is immeasurable. The Jamf One app allows you to access all of these resources right on your phone.
