I am so happy to have found this app. I’ve been looking for an app that is American Mah Jongg and not the matching game ever since I was introduced to the game last fall and this app delivers. The cost of the app gave me a lot of pause but I took the risk and it was worth it. I’m happily playing Mah Jongg. I haven’t tried the online games yet but I’m happy playing against the computer players. The only comment or caution I have for true American Mah Jongg players it that there seems to be more types of hands (specialty hands) then I remember on the 2017 card. That said, it doesn’t bother me. Thanks to developers for making this app.

I like the game but several times it has forced me to discard a card I want to keep. The card is pushed up and no matter how many times I try to select another card to discard, the game will not let me select another card to discard. Each time this has happened, it’s been on a card I want to keep for my hand. It’s very frustrating especially when I am getting close to a Mahjong and I either have to quit the game or throw away a needed card.

The only online MJ game I’ve found that feels like the real thing! I’ve played MJ for years yet BirdieBam helps me feel more confident of my play when with friends. A great practice and learning tool...and so pretty!
I found the few problems I had at first all went away. Operator error! Friendly online assistance set me straight. Thank you.
