Foody is paired with Now. As a merchant, I have to have the Now Merchant app to receive orders from both services. The problem is that when a customer orders through Foody, there is no notification. Next thing I know, I have a delivery driver standing in front of me waiting for an order I never received through the app. This is why deliveries take too long. Customer service is non-existing. They always tell me they will refer me to another department and they will call, which they never do. The only positive experience is if a customer orders through Now then the order goes to the computer in store.

Luckily, I have experienced severals Apps like this such as Doordash, Ubereat, Grubhub, Baemin or Grab. I must say Now and Now Merchant really stand out.
