App Profile: My Coach

The My Coach app is part of an integrated digital platform for health coaching programmes brought to you by AXA.

The app provides tools to monitor i.e. physical activity, sleep, mood, nutritional intake and biometric parameters like blood sugar levels and blood pressure.

The app also allows one-to- one dialogue with health professionals (through a healthcare provider) to support and engage a healthier lifestyle.
The communication can be both via text and small video messages.

It’s free to download and use the tools, however you will need to be enrolled in a programme from your healthcare provider in order to receive personal plans and online support.

When you download the app, you are given the option to approve that your steps is imported directly from Apple HealthKit to the My Coach app. You can always open the app 'Health', go to 'Sources' where you can activate/deactivate this permission.
