I have been a 9rounds fan for years but I found I was only attending 1-2 times a week. I wanted to mix up my schedule and with more verity without breaking the bank. This app exceeded my expectations. I’m able to get 1:1 time to learn each move, the workouts range in time and they all have modifications for all levels.
It’s a true win, win! I was only looking for Boxing 🥊 and I got so much more. Great app. Large amount of content, great price! Will upgrade to yearly.

When I first downloaded this app, it had a few different programs to follow including a nutrition plan. There must have been some sort of update, because I opened my app the other day and it’s totally different. the nutrition guide is nowhere to be found nor is the Shred program I was wanting to start. I finished one of the 5-week series and was looking forward to starting the Shred program with the accompanying nutrition guide but now that those don’t seem to be on the app any longer I’m disappointed that I paid for the year long membership. The app still offers some plans to follow but not really anything that appeals to me or my fitness goals.

I’m fairly new to boxing but I want to take a stab at it. I was skeptical to try this app because most of the reviews are trash. I decided 14 days to try it free couldn’t hurt. I feel like most of the people writing these reviews are people that want to be fit but refuse to do any work to achieve that. The first workout was fast, fun, sweaty, and incredibly effective. Great job Boxx!
