What’s missing is that Birds only takes appointments for “today” only. It allows you to go through all the steps and then at very very very end of that process it tells you that the stylist is not available. Why can’t I see when they are available from the beginning? If I got a hair cut from that person before then they don’t need to be selected by style. At that point I should just pick Ryan, see if he is available today and book it. Basically a returning customer feature. Make it easy for all of us, not just for the vendor.

I just downloaded the app. When I went to try and make a reservation, everything looked fine until I got to the select a stylist page, where I got the message saying that there were no more open slots available for today at that location. The problem is, the back arrow at the top left of the screen doesn’t work, so the only way I can go back and check a different location is to shut down the app and restart it again.

Same as other people said, why take all the steps to find out no stylists available. Then the back button doesn’t work, all it will allow you to do on the “no stylist available” screen is to call the store. I had to close and reopen the app four times to be able to search other locations when no stylists were available. I finally found a location with availability and booked, but it shouldn’t have been that complicated or time consuming. Why not just show availability from the beginning at each location, or have the ability to book appointments for a later date.
