After contacting Keiser support (who gave a very nice but defensive answer cos’ I’m in the software business and know what’s wrong with this stuff, the recommendation was, to load data to Keiser metrics app, push to Strava and “whalla!” Nope...all I get is “unknown Oath error” when trying to sync with Strava and frankly I can’t be bothered to trouble shoot further because I know the root cause and in this day and age, stuff like this should just work. I think for someone who only exercises with the M3i, its fine to track workouts in the Keiser apps (but who spends $2000 and only exercises on one thing), so forget trying to export data. This is archaic software and if you are a cyclist stick to something else like Wahoo. No integration with ANT+ or common bluetooth standards for apps like Strava (60 million users) let alone Garmin or Wahoo. Back to the hacks (ie attach sensors to Keiser bike and bypass). Nice looking and functional exercise bike after you swap out the crap seat and pedals, just need to give up on their software and focus on what they are really good at...exercise bikes.

I track M sessions with Keiser M Series app, which on its own has worked well for me. I want to add session data into Strava via Metrics app, but only heart rate and time is showing up in Strava and no other data. Metrics app and Series M app appear to be linked in my account, but Metrics app unable to find any of the M sessions recorded on the Series M app. If Keiser can explain a fix, and assuming it works, I will update this review accordingly.
