I’m a business owner and our payroll was getting messy as our team grew bigger. So my office manager started looking into options and a lot of digital timekeeping companies were expensive, hard to use, and required multiple pieces of hardware. We started looking into time tracking softwares because they seemed to be effective and low-cost. Before making our decision we tried a few options but Clockineasy has been the easiest to implement and it doesn’t kill phone battery, which is important for my employees out on the field. The live map makes it easy to manage my team from anywhere right off the app. I have avoided so many administrative headaches since I started using them. This is a must for business owners!!

Employee accountability has gone up
From the digital timesheets to payroll reports, everything is instantly accessible from my computer or iphone . Managing from home or on the go as a business owner gives me time for more things personal and business related. I trust my team but its always good to know when they got in to the office. My employees are comfortable using it and they like how easy it is, they can just clock in at their desks

Very useful for keeping order with timesheets. I have employees on the field who use the mobile app to clock in and out and then my back office inputs their time on the web application through the browser. Payroll efforts and errors have been significantly reduced.
