I would love to give this app 5 stars for the following reasons: This app gives me all of the basic tools I need to quickly manage my daily to-do lists without suffocating me in advanced features I don't have the time to use. Every morning I glance at this app and remind myself of all my normal tasks for that day of the week, as well any personal goals or one-time special tasks I've added. When I think of or am reminded of something, it only takes a few seconds to add a task for it. This has really helped me avoid letting important things slip through the cracks!
BUT there are a few very annoying bugs that continue to persist which I believe should have been taken care of by this point. I get notifications for tasks on the wrong days of the week (every day it seems). The progress bar for tasks with subtasks is often incorrect; there is some sort of disagreement between the main task’s progress bar and the screen showing the task’s list of subtasks.
And there is one feature in particular from the beta version of this app that was removed and has reduced its convenience. The older version allowed me to see all my tasks and collapse different groups from the same screen (Today and Upcoming). I would love to be able to do this again. Specifically I want to see an All category that shows both my Today tasks and my Whenever tasks, rather than having to go to the menu and change the filter any time I want to see my Whenever tasks.

OK, back up to 5 stars. Still a couple of bugs, but is most usable again. Developer gets after problems quickly--thanks!
Older review: The previous version I absolutely loved. The update, however has introduced some serious bugs. I am still using the app, but it's not working well for the way I use it. I am writing to them, and hopefully they will get it fixed, and I will update the review again.

I've tried several, but this one clearly tops them all. Easy to use and flexible. Things I had had problems with with other apps included recurring daily tasks ("go through 15 files") that were all-or-nothing (this app lets you count down as each one of the total is completed); one-time things don't disappear if they don't get done, but a red "late" appears the next day. I also like the reminders of how far you've progressed so far each day. I check this app frequently throughout the day!

I love the percentage bar idea, but this app seems to have a number of bugs. I emailed support twice but did not receive any response. It makes me think that the developer of this app is not actively developing this app at present (and I also noticed the last update was a year ago). There is also an issue with how much each task is weighed in the percentage. If you add two tasks to your day, one to respond to 50 emails and the other to brush your teeth, when you finish brushing your teeth, your day is apparently 50% complete. The app is not as “smart” as it claims to be. But I love the concept and wish the developer would address some of the bugs.
