I have been doing the daily diary for 7 days, submitting it and being told it was submitted. Today I got a call from the clinic saying they had received NONE of them! This is a serious issue for an app that’s supposed to track testing.
TWO DAYS LATER
These guys reached out to me and spent almost 48 hours working with me to figure out why my data wasn’t sending and how to get it to the study. I have never experienced this level of support before and I am incredibly impressed! Thank you!!

The app tells me when I need to do my study diary and it’s very easy to use.

App worked great for the first 13-15 weeks of the study, now it takes almost 5 minutes to log in! Even when it finally does, sometimes it spits you out and you have to log back in again. Total PITA when this happens a few times in a row!!!
I checked to make sure that my app had the most current updates (it does) but this is getting really aggravating. What changed?

IQVIA Scribe is an online/offline application used to capture data directly from patients enrolled in clinical trials.
Patients enrolled in a study using Scribe will receive an enrollment notification via email or text with a link to download the application and instructions used to enroll in the study. Relevant questionnaires will be available for completion throughout the duration of the study
