When I open the app and push the log in tile, the app closes. I am using an iPhone 8. Really a bummer. Additionally the midtown web site allows you to get in but the experience is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I am a member and we give this club $1000s of dollars every year. They spent a royal mint on the finish in the club but good luck navigating their website to book a tennis court or schedule a class. I could write a book on the problems with their site but they would have to pay me by reimbursement of my fees

Sure, you can look at the calendar of classes, but you can’t add a class to your phone’s calendar without getting a strange coding error screen. I can’t sign in and therefore, I can’t sign up for any of the events offered. For being a rather expensive club to join, the app cheapens the experience overall.

Just joined the club and was encouraged to download the app and I’m blown away by how much it doesn’t work. Literally freezes every time you try to toggle another screen. I’ve tried to look up class schedules and it shows basics and will crash and close out. This is a pretty pricey establishment you would think they’d have this buttoned up. Disappointing.
