* Claim Submission: Eligible members are able to fill out necessary claim form(s) by selecting a claim type and in/outpatient.
- Required documents can be submitted with photographs taken from mobile phone.
- Sign and attach required documents.
- Review all the documents for claim submission.

* Coverage Confirmation: Review group insurance coverage per policy year and by insurer.

* Q&A: Able to inquire about coverage/claim submission and receive answers from claim representatives.
