The only food delivery app that can combine orders from different restaurants, which is so convenient for customers. I ordered 4 different dishes from 4 different restaurants and they were delivered faster than expected. Customer service is fast and friendly. I recommend the app!

I’ve ordered food delivery from this app a couple of times in the past and the experience was good. Recently I’ve been having issues. The service has been gone down a lot. I ordered a couple of dishes for lunch today. Food was supposed to be delivered by 12:30ish. I waited till 1:30pm and still no delivery. The driver called me and asked me what I ordered and where I live. Because he doesn’t have the order information except for my phone number. And he asked me to call the customer service to sort things out. I called the customer service and they said the driver is an old guy and he messed things up. Also the app has been crushing a lot. I couldn’t track my orders like I used to. My order never came. My whole family was hungry waiting for our food. We ended up ordering lunch from a local restaurant that close by. What an disappointing experience! I’m deleting the app. There are other food delivery apps out there way better than this. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve used several different food delivery apps and this one is the only one that didn’t charge any delivery fee. Most important, they delivered on time. Too sad that they limited the pick up locations. But anyway I’m happy with the free food delivery!!!
