This app is great. I would like to see more detailed descriptions in the my analytics page. The only other thing I would like to see is biking be added to the site and not assault or stationary biking but road biking so I can log biking and biking distance.

It’s a good app. I like that I can track my progress. However, with the newer updates you took away the CrossFit bench mark workouts (I.e. Anne, Helen, etc) and it was really great seeing your progress and trying to beat your previous time. Those are gone and now I have to manually write those workouts in and then search for them if I want to repeat them.
Also the workouts that you used to be able to search, like if you clicked “conditioning” you only had 3 workouts to choose from because for some weird reason they are only posted or whatever for three days a week. I don’t get that.

This app is super cool! When you log in your wod it will tell you what muscles you’ve used and what stretches to do afterwards. You can also get a wod generated for those open gym days if you don’t wanna make up your own. Hopefully the next thing they add to this app will be nutrition and what to eat after the wod you log in. So far I’m loving it!
