This app needs fixing badly. It is so important to fans yet so bugged. Please make the pair process easier and more efficient. Also, You can do so much more with this app. Such as pair songs or videos to play with the song/video. It would mean so much to fans and could be so easy to do. Please take the time to re evaluate your product and make changes where it’s needed. It would mean to world to the fans 🙏

I gave this a one star review a couple months ago, because the app had all kinds of awful malfunctions. But, SM finally listened to the complaints and gave us a wonderful update!!❤️ Before you had to set the date and time to that of a previous concert in order to make your lightstick flash colors. But now you can keep your date and time normal, and pair your lightstick without putting in concert info!!!💖 I would give this app 5 stars, but they have not updated this for all of their artists lightsticks (only EXO, NCT, and WayV so far). So I really really hope they make the update for SHINee, SNSD, SUJU, and TVXQ! as well. Thank you SM for updating your app!!💓💓💓💓💓💓 My EXO lightstick is happy now 😭❤️❤️

I’d give this app zero stars if I could; it’s been useless for the most part. I had no problems creating an SM account. However, every time I’ve tried logging in, I get the same “Server Error in ‘/‘ Application” message. There’s no way to see if my EXO light stick will sync to the app. Checked my internet connection but it was fine; it’s the app. Glad to know that I’m not the only one with this problem reading the other reviews. I wish there was an option to sync an SM light stick without having to log in- like most of my other light stick apps. Better yet, each light stick should just have its own app.
