Why is face id not an option after the update?

This app crash many times. Even just to login was always a struggle. The app gave connection errors, while I was connected to high speed wifi connection, or 4G mobile with full bars.
Very disappointed with this biggest bank in the country. It really comes down to lack of visions and cheapskate.
Moved my account to foreign bank, and closed my forex account with this bank last year ( after having it for 12 years). Now I think it’ll be better to close it all. This bank and its app is seriously helpless.

Not sure where to report this, but the app is not working for a few days and when I deleted it and download it again it keeps on asking me to try again when open the app. Please resolve this
