This retro themed game could be in an arcade. Reminds me a bit of moon patrol meets Arkanoid. Lots of jumping and lots of power ups... fun game :)

About Space Scavenger the Game
Space Scavenger is a fast paced side scrolling game
How to play: PRESS ANYWHERE on the screen to activate your thrusters, and release to fall.
:::YOUR SHIELD AND WEAPONS FIRE AUTOMATICALLY:::
Dodge or destroy asteroids in your path.
Collect BLUE (1 Point) , RED (2 Points), or GREEN Crystals ( 3 points ) to fuel your thrusters.
Green crystals also activate your Tractor Beam, helping you pull in more crystals for a limited time.
Use your combined "Purple" crystals to buy continues, or upgraded scavenger suits from the Suit Shop.
Collect weapon, armor, and tank Powerups on each level to build your own suit.
Challenge for the high point score on the "Top Scavengers" GameCenter leaderboard.
