UCHealth added a “trending” link to tests (labs) for our reference rather than having to scroll back through multiple results- it’s a fantastic feature and if possible I would HIGHLY recommend it. They also have an information link on the results of tests. Also helpful when you don’t know what the tests are for and providing education easier than backing out of the app and having to search up the test/procedure. Your app is very helpful with appointments and contacting the Dr. Just a few suggestions that are helpful on other apps.

I don’t write many reviews of anything except books, and I have never reviewed an app before. However, I am really happy with this app for the Centura portal and believe it is a breakthrough in giving patients better access and understanding of their medical needs and care. I am old enough that I am app phobic and am shocked that I took the time to learn this app. However, it was surprisingly simple and the app now empowers me to review my medical records and communicate with my doctors. It also regularly alerts me when I need to update prescriptions or visits. And keeps track of my calendar and outstanding payments owed. It has made the somewhat overwhelming world of American healthcare much easier to manage. Thank you.

I saw this clinic last week and for a follow-up tomorrow I'm required to re-input all my insurance info not once but TWICE! I gave it to you last week, I gave it to you a month ago. I gave it to you 6 weeks ago. How many times do I need to submit the same dang info??? This is beyond frustrating. It's a total waste of my time. My info hasn't changed in 6 years and I've been to this clinic dozens of times. Figure it out! The other thing is ALL my communication from the Common Spirit app “originates” from a clinic I've never been to (2 zoom visits last year) but Common Spirit app can't seem to send notifications from the ACTUAL clinic that is sending communications. Such ridiculous nonsense!
