So I downloaded this app on both my iPhone (7 with iOS 11) and my iPad (some early generation that will not load a newer iOS than 9.3.5. I began to use the app on my phone, did the first assessment and it returned results - I was pleased with the app and began to look at some of the articles. I closed the app and it never opened on my phone properly again. It looks like it’s opening. Comes up to a screen with a grid of pictures and the logo in the middle, but it never moves beyond that. I have tried all clicking, swiping, etc - it just does not move beyond this screen. I opened it on my iPad thinking maybe the app needed to make some updates with the new iOS. It worked for a day at which time I tried to do the health assessment. I completed that and it got hung up in the “get results” state. When I try to re-open the app on the iPad it now gets hung up in the same state as the phone.

I went through the entire health assessment (with multiple categories so it took a while) and when I got to the results page nothing happened. When I clicked on “Get Results” I got a quick pop up that said it was calculating then disappeared, but after waiting several minutes nothing happened. I decided to close the app and when I went back in I had to start all over. Will delete.

I downloaded this app with the idea of easy access, but all i could do were the assessments. After I took all the time to do them, I could not get the results. I found no menu to navigate through the app to see when my order was being delivered. It was mostly about assessments. Ended up deleting the app. Too frustrating!
