I’ve now ordered 3 dresses over the past 9 months. Each dress took a while to get here maybe 30-45 days truthfully. I think one arrived in 30 days. The size chart is essential for a good fit. One dress was nothing like I thought but when I looked back at the picture that was my error. The fabric is average what you get in a lot of stores now at a much higher price. The prices are unbelievable. I wish I could post a dress I ordered and wore to an event because everyone thought I’d gotten it from an high end store. I just ordered 2 more dresses and overall for me it’s a great deal. I would’ve given my experiences a 5 except for the long time it takes to get the stuff. I figure my new dresses will be here in time for the summer but definitely not Mother’s Day

I put one star but they don’t deserve even one!!! I payed for two dresses more then 3 months ago and I never received my package!!!! I updated my address in the app and they still didn’t see the correct address because the app it’s disgusting!!! Never works!!!! I sent a lot of email with my correct address and they still didn’t pay attention to it!!! They lost the packages because they are not professional at all!!! And the end they asked me to pay 11$ more to send me again the dresses???? Shame on you!!!! This is not the way to treat the customers!!! We spend money and we expect to receive a good servire that you don’t offer at all!!!! I want my money back immediately!!!! I am keep asking theme to give me my money back and they don’t even answer... I lost 50$...

I thought this would be a nice place for me to order clothes and be cute. An outfit that I wanted for my birthday did not come on time. Not only that, shipping is 3-5 days yet I'm still waiting on two three outfits. One that came is too big and I couldn't seem to see if my ticket was placed because it can not record it, so am I truly putting a ticket in? I wouldn't know. For those who are not having these problems, I hope that this is for you. But I don't think it's for me and I might as well get over the fact that I was robbed. Thank you.
