When I played this game on my iPad 2, all my game did was crash. But now I have an iPad Air, and it works perfectly now. I love this game so far. I play American server and it's NOT P2W. It's really just pay to get more costumes or pay to get really strong. Note: you don't have to pay to get strong. Just really strong. It's VERY easy to get diamonds and level up; they even give you FREE ice burner (costume) parts just for logging in. Their tutorials are easily understandable, and you're allowed to skip them on the bottom left corner. Oh I just wish the PC version is like this...
All I really want to see more of this game of quickly adding the characters like Chung, Ara Elesis, etc from PC ver so there's more play styles to be chosen, or considering to add first and second job for more skills. Also, adding Add to one of your pictures preview is kind of picture bait, because Add isn't implemented yet.

The title says it all. I don't mind putting some money into a game, but when you have to put tons of money in to accomplish anything, not worth it. Not to mention, when you do spend money, you get very little in return. I won't even begin to rant about the lack of updating and the innumerable glitches that have been left untouched for over a month and a half. When you email for help or support, you get a very generic and unhelpful response. When I started, it was a pretty good game...that's no longer the case.
Update: After the latest game update, there are even more glitches and freezes than before...IF you can even get into the game. Today, I've had to delete and install the game three times. If a fourth is necessary, it will stay deleted. Server 10 just opened, and the money is pouring in. I find it 110% unacceptable.
Update: Most glitches and bugs have been fixed, significantly improving the overall experience, but I will not change my rating of the game because of the terrible experiences I have been having with the customer support staff.

The guys over in China are doing a bang up job with entirely recreating Elsword for mobile devices, but is completely recreating it the way to go? So many things are left out that it seems incomplete. The hud world is super complex. I feel like they tried to explain it the best they could, but at least get some better translators because half of the instructions aren't exactly clear and some things seem like traps that take your money (when it says you can get a free prize but asks you for your Apple ID) when they probably didn't intend it to seem that way. Just explain things better, and maybe add some new mechanics that could be interesting and unique to the mobile game! Thanks for reading.
