I am really happy with what you're able to do with this program/tool. I was able to take one of my paintings that I was away really pleased with and turn it into something even better. I also very much appreciate how many different editing features Lightbrush offers. You have all of your standard photo editing options and quite a few more I thought. And, of course, the way it lets you manually paint each effect on to your photo is the best part in my opinion. And it gives you sliders to manage the size of the brush and the intensity of the effects. Plus, quite a few other features and functions to play around with I found. Though, I do wish that the app offered some sort of Eraser brush option. Actually, it probably does and I just haven't figured out where it is yet. So, that isn't really a knock against the app, well, unless it actually doesn't have an eraser function. But, I'll just have to mess around with more to find it I'm sure. Overall, though, I'm just very pleased with this purchase and I think, Lightbrush, is another great addition to this developers stable of already feature-filled applications in my opinion. After belatedly discovering their great camera app, Fusion HDR, I decided to check out Light Brush. I don't know how I missed this absolutely great pixel editor! Of course, Pixelmator is still a must-have. But Light Brush is actually a smarter, more forgiving tool to tweak images! These people are producing the best iOS image enhancing apps! (And I have absolutely no association with them, other than being wowed by what they've created!)

Recently revisited this app; don’t know when it was last updated but it’s still working great! Extremely useful to brush-on effects of various types (smooth, sharpen, saturate, intensity, etc.) when I don’t want to apply a filter or an effect to my photo in its entirety. Highly recommend it!
