A straightforward and easy to use app. Lots of options for the 1RM formula and simple logging. The app includes a well designed Wendler calculator and schedule for all four Waves as well as a percentage table, because figuring out 65% of a max at 6 a.m. blows!

Easy to use, flexible and free. I needed a way to get a rough 10rm estimate based on 1rm or 5rm numbers and this does that with east to use sliders. I love the option to use different 1rm formulas to. I like the clean interface as well

I use this in addition to a spreadsheet and Strong. Great for quickly calculating waves and 1RM estimates when working out. I use it to set a mental target for reps before my last set of a 5/3/1 rep. Highly recommend.

Safety precautions
The calculations performed in oneRM are based on validated formulas, still they can be only estimations of the real weight you might be able to handle and should be used as a guidance. Measuring your 1RM can put your body under great stress, so be sure to perform it under safe conditions.
Studies revealed that no more than 10 repetitions should be used in linear equations to estimate your 1RM.
We included the possibility to calculate your 1RM also for 10 to 20 repetitions, please be aware that any 1RM calculation that result from values over 10 repetitions can only be considered as rough estimation.
