I don't know if it's the Admin on the school's end or the app's functionality, but it has limited user-friendliness for parents. I love the concept and I think the whole idea is awesome. I'm waiting to see how it all turns out - maybe it's because we're all new to this. I hope it gets better.

It's amazing to have the ability to tune in to all the important ( need to know) details of your little one's days when you can't be with them. I especially enjoy reading any special notes and chiming in on interactive photos where they're having fun engaging and learning. It allows you to see firsthand GROWTH in effect!!! Thanks to all staff and teachers using this app for our children, your efforts to contribute to the wellbeing of our children is very much appreciated❤️

This has the potential to be a really helpful app, but I have only had problems. The one thing it can successfully do is allow me to make a payment and see my history. Other than that, it needs a lot of work. For starters, the log out button is no where to be found. It also does not update in a timely manner. It also doesn’t not process payments in a timely manner either. It takes 5 days to go through. It feels 2 dimensional, if that makes sense. There is not a lot of depth/options to it.
