This game is very fun and I've even gotten my daughter to play also. I have a problem though with the "extras" that you buy like the shampoo and bath oils. Why do you sell them when they can't be used? I thought they were supposed to be for improving customer moods but I can't use them when they are unhappy. The only thing that seems to work is the tea, but that takes a while to replenish. Also, can you find another way to earn diamonds? I know you can sometimes get them from the daily games, but otherwise you have to pay cash, which I'm not doing. Ok, an update on my last review... I have since figured everything out and can't stop playing this game!!! PLEASE, PLEASE make more levels!!!!! You can earn diamonds every single day, which I didn't realize before (and when you play the 5th day you can earn 10!). I am at the point that I have played every single level MANY times. I have 3 stars on every level, over a million coins and over a hundred diamonds! I would really love to play past level 120!!!!! I'm sure you are busy with your other games but please take the time to update this game again and give your loyal fans some new levels!!!!!!!!!!

My first review I’ve ever done on an app but it really is just that good. The levels get comfortably harder as you go, the upgrades actually do make a difference, and it’s very easy to get diamonds but not so much that they lose value. Super cute characters and I love that they are a different speed depending on the breed. I reached the last level with all 3 stars and I’m still craving so much more. I wish these game developers a lovely day and I really hope it gets updated soon with more levels.

I was so sad when they took pet spa out of the App Store a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if this one is from the same company but it has the same general idea so I was really happy when I saw the advertisement for it. The game itself is a lot of fun, I think you should add more levels, often. You could even go as far as making another spa for us to start fresh, when we finish the first spa's levels. The new spa should be a bit more challenging. I think it'd be fun f you added a level status feature at the end of each level where it shows how many points, your high score for the level, and how many pets of each mood you got in the level you just finished. If all the pets were at their happiest, you get a star for the level. This way people will have more motivation to go back to each level and play them again for the star. Overall I think this is a great game considering how new it is, but it could definitely use some new updates to make it more fun. It's worth getting.👍🏽👏🏽
