As a source of coffee recipes (categorized by method), this app is very good. Its intuitive and easy to navigate. I love that you can add new recipes or modify copies of existing ones! What really impressed me was the attention to detail and how the devs did their best to incorporate many ios functionalities into their apps. Its a free app, and so I appreciate their sincere efforts. Like another reviewer said, it truly is a labor of love! A couple of criticisms. I had the timer set to auto start, but I think it starts too quickly. I wish there was a 2-3s delay before the timer auto starts. Just personal pref. App lets u review recipe, add pic and location. To what end though? Is there a community we can share it too? Please someone lemme know if there is! An active community could also contribute to the recipe list and grow it.

This app must be a labor of love — I can’t believe it is free. Very useful and informative. As a brand new AeroPress user (and apparently, already an AeroPress addict) I found the recipes and clear step-by-step directions and animations to be invaluable. I’m just beginning to explore different methods, but I can already tell that the automatic logging as I experiment with the various recipes will be very helpful as I work to discover my own personal favorite technique. And let’s face it, as a card-carrying geek, perhaps the biggest appeal of the AeroPress is the ability to fine tune the recipe to get coffee EXACTLY the way I like it. With this app, you can either modify or create new recipes to match your precise preferences. As I said, I can’t believe it is free. At a minimum, I would expect to pay the price of an espresso for something this useful. Perhaps the author would consider a few “in app purchase” features to add some additional functions. I would gladly pay a few bucks to enable iCloud syncing of data and recipes between my iPad and iPhone. Even better would be an Apple Watch app.

I use this app to start many of mornings. I'm an aeropress guy and this brings a variety of brew methods to one central place. I do use a different hand grinder from the ones mentioned so I try to spot it with my eye. Maybe a good section in the app would a chart of different grinds that could be referenced during the different brew methods (this is just coming from my own personal preference). This app is phenomenal and makes brewing so easy for me. I consider it a must have for coffee brewers all over the world!
