Very happy with this app. Foreigner living abroad enjoying the ease of grocery shopping using this app in English. Good prices on everyday essentials and imports from my home country. So much easier than shopping in the store. Thank you.

I usually have a good experience using this app. I needed something fast and in English. It saves me time on busy weeks. Occasionally, I'm not happy with the quality (stale coffee, for example), but have learned which products to buy this way, and which ones to pick up myself.

Worst operation/customer service team! I only placed two orders and will never ever use this stupid app.
For my first order, it took almost half a month to get back my refund for missing items.
For the 2nd order, still missing items, and so called arrival on time service I paid for never came on time. When I called customer service, the person told me keep waiting and do not use app to order anymore.
